Terms and Conditions of Booking – Hunter and Cooper Court
Deposits
In order to secure your accommodation, you are required to pay a booking fee of £250. You can pay this into our bank account, details will be given on application. Your booking fee converts to a Damage Deposit once your tenancy commences. The Damage Deposit is refundable at the end of your tenancy, less any deductions for damage or charges due. If you decide to cancel your booking before you move in your booking fee will be returned minus a £75 administration fee.
Payment Due Dates
In the case of 10 instalments the first payment is due before your stated tenancy start date, with instalments due on the 1st of each month from September.
In the case of 3 instalments the first is due before you move in, the second on the 07th of January and the final on the 1st of May
Full Payment Discount
You can receive a 2.5% discount for paying your total annual rent prior to the tenancy start date for a booking of more than 40 weeks.
Cancellation
To cancel, please write/email the Accommodation Manager.
Room Changes
If you wish to change rooms after the start of the Tenancy Agreement a £75 administration fee will be payable.
Tenancy Agreement
You can view a sample Tenancy Agreement on The Hunter Accommodation web page. Once you have signed the tenancy agreement you are legally bound to pay the rent in full even if you do not move into the property or leave the property early without giving a two month notice period in writing to the Property Manager.

I am living in Coopers Court since November, 2020 and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Our flat is spacious and bright and our Property Manager, Ms. Catriona Thomson, is very friendly, easy to contact and attentive to any issues related to the accommodation making sure that we have the best experience while living here. When I urgently needed to move in Catriona made the process incredibly easy. I couldn't praise this accommodation and its management enough and would definitely recommend this accommodation to any student looking for a place to stay in Aberdeen.
